1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Prebyu application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Application & License Grant

Prebyu provides an app store screenshot and device mockup studio featuring local project storage, canvas styling tools, multi-device frames, and local image export.

• License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Prebyu on your personal or commercial computers to create visual assets, app store screenshots, and promotional graphics.
• Offline Functionality: Prebyu functions locally without requiring external cloud accounts or database servers.

3. Full Ownership of User Created Content

You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all original graphics, text, uploaded screenshots, and final exported images created using Prebyu. Prebyu asserts no claim over store mockups rendered by you.

4. User Responsibilities & Local Backups

• Local Storage Security: Because your project records are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining device security and managing local exports.
• Data Backups: You are responsible for managing local project saves and exported bundles. Prebyu cannot recover lost files resulting from hardware damage, uninstallation, or disk clearing without a local backup.

5. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except as permitted by law.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software binary packaging without explicit authorization.
• Use the Software to generate illegal, libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful visual content.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Prebyu software binary as a standalone product without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Provision: Prebyu is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prebyu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Prebyu after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
