By installing, accessing, or using the Badyeet application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the application or website.

2. Description of Application & License Grant

Badyeet provides a personal financial management tool featuring local database tracking, text-based transaction command parsing via Bady Assistant, and local device-to-device synchronization.

• License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Badyeet on your personal devices.
• Offline Functionality: Badyeet functions locally without requiring external cloud database accounts.

3. Financial Advice Disclaimer

• Not Financial Advice: Badyeet is a budgeting and productivity tool. It does not provide professional financial, accounting, legal, or investment advice.
• User Responsibility: All financial decisions, budget entries, transaction records, and loan calculations made using Badyeet are your responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities & Device Security

• Local Device Security: Because your financial records are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining device security, setting up screen locks, enabling biometric unlock, and managing your 4-digit PIN.
• Data Backups: You are responsible for using local export or device sync features to back up your records. Badyeet cannot recover lost data resulting from device loss, damage, or uninstallation without a local backup.

5. Text Command Parsing (Bady Assistant)

• Bady Assistant utilizes a local rules-based text parser to assist with financial data entry and queries.
• It does not use remote artificial intelligence (AI) servers or online cloud language services.
• Always review and confirm parsed numbers on screen before saving.

6. Device-to-Device Local Sync

• Local sync allows direct data transfer between your own devices over a local Wi-Fi network.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you only connect and pair Badyeet on secure local networks.

7. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual design elements, logos, and documentation related to Badyeet are protected intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

• "As-Is" Provision: Badyeet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Badyeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Badyeet after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
